About Vogue Tavern
Vogue Tavern in Chula Vista has a European beer hall vibe and is one of the better bars and restaurants on the main strip on Third Avenue. Their beer and food skew German – think hefeweizens, brats, and pretzels – but they don’t pigeonhole themselves into being only continental. They have IPAs and tacos too because this is San Diego after all. There’s always sports on TV and the place is kid friendly and in general just a very friendly and welcoming place.
They also have trivia and karaoke nights if you want to sing after having a couple of mugs.

A Closer Look
Vogue Tavern is owned by a couple of local San Diegans – one of whom, Gonzalo Quintero, had been working in higher education before deciding to become a restaurant owner. The place is geared toward a local crowd and the owners’ vision of bringing better businesses and enhancing the vibe on Third Avenue.
